What

Our Poultry Pavilion is an event where poultry are exhibited and judged on certain traits. Our Poultry is judged on the Sunday of the Show.

Some of the duties include:

• Setting up of cages – including saw dust, watering systems and numbering systems

• Allocating birds into cages

• Checking on birds throughout the day to ensure they have water and are in good health

• Reporting any issues to the Chief Steward

• Assisting stewards to allocate prizes and ribbons

 

Who 

If you are comfortable with handling birds, have good attention to detail, we encourage you to volunteer.

 

When

Set up – Thursday

Show – Sunday from 7:00am - 3:00pm

Pack Down – Monday
